Our Purchasing department serves as the vital crossroads between operations and sales, ensuring a seamless flow of materials and information that supports our dynamic business environment.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Purchasing/Claims Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with basic data entry skills who is looking to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in data entry and processing of purchasing orders and claims.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials.
- Support global supply chain management efforts, maintaining up-to-date records and tracking inventory levels.
- Help coordinate product design initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and operational capabilities.
- Participate in product placement strategies, assisting in the analysis of market trends and consumer preferences.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to purchasing and claims in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation to support purchasing operations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes is a plus, but not required.
